The FINANCIAL — ENERGO PRO Georgia has increased consumer electricity tariff by 3.348 tetris (VAT not included). The Energy and Water Supply Regulatory Commission made the relevant decision at July 24th meeting.
ENERGO PRO Georgia demanded a tariff increase of 4.8 tetris, but the Commission did not satisfy their request, according to InterPressNews.
As Deputy Director General Mikheil Botsvadze said the projections of the company and the commission vary and ENERGO PRO Georgia will be forced to apply for a tariff correction again in a few months.
The new tariff will take effect from 1 August till 31 December this year.
