The FINANCIAL — People in Belarus with visual impairments will have an opportunity to learn how to use mobile internet banking thanks to the EU-supported “Learn to Act” project.
A special training programme was recently launched to help blind people to use banking technologies. The programme will consist of eight seminars focusing on different topics. The first seminar was held at the end of July and taught participants how to install and configure banking applications.
The participants also got acquainted with the basics of security when making payments via internet banking and learned to manage accounts and deposits.
In addition, all project participants will receive adapted training materials, including an audio file and a manual printed in Braille.
