The FINANCIAL — The European Union and United Nations joint project “Enhancing Access to Justice and Development of a Child-friendly Justice System in Georgia” has prepared an Arbitration Glossary in Georgian in cooperation with the Georgian International Arbitration Centre.
The Glossary is the first of its kind in the Georgian language and aims to enhance the development of efficient and fair arbitration in Georgia, according to EU Neighbours East Info.
“Enhancing Access to Justice and Development of a Child-friendly Justice System in Georgia” aims to consolidate the independence, professionalism and efficiency of the judiciary and strengthen access to justice through the creation of a more effective justice system for children.
This initiative also enhances the capacities of the judiciary, governmental institutions and legal representatives in Georgia.
