The FINANCIAL — Tbilisi, A delegation of the European Union Troika will pay an official visit to Georgia on February 4-5 to hold talks with the Georgian leadership, the Georgian Foreign Ministry reported.
The delegation will include Dmitrji Ruppel, Slovenian Foreign Minister representing current EU Presidency, Benita Ferrero-Waldner, Commissioner for External Relations and European Neighbourhood Policy, Peter Semneby, EU Special Representative for South Caucasus and other EU officials.
The meetings will focus on the prospects of cooperation between Georgia and the European Union, including the issues related to Georgia’s EU Neighborhood Policy Action Plan, the issues of internal conflicts of Georgia and aspects of regional cooperation.
