The FINANCIAL — Box and AIIM International join Microsoft to round out an all-star lineup of executive keynotes planned for Kodak Global Directions, which will occur Sept. 24 to Sept. 26 at the JW Marriott Resort in Las Vegas.
Keynote speakers will share their insights on ways to solve complex problems related to content management and enterprise collaboration.
Steve Fox, Director of Microsoft Consulting Services at Microsoft, Brian Dirking, Director of Product Marketing at Box and John Mancini, President of AIIM International will deliver keynote presentations on Monday, Sept. 24, Tuesday, Sept. 25 and Wednesday, Sept. 26, respectively. Kodak Global Directions also features educational programs, tutorials and demonstrations of new technologies.
“Kodak is proud to welcome recognized experts in enterprise IT and cloud-based collaboration from Box, AIIM International and Microsoft to Global Directions 2012,” said Rod Hughes, Director of Global Alliances for Kodak’s Document Imaging business. “Their perspectives will provide attendees with actionable ideas to help lower costs, improve content sharing, and simplify the overall end user experience.”
Fox, a frequent speaker on topics related to Microsoft SharePoint and cloud-based solutions, has worked in technology and computing for more than a decade. Dirking, a past president of AIIM Golden Gate Chapter and former Principal Product Director of Oracle Corporation, has spent more than 19 years developing content management and enterprise systems. Mancini, an author, speaker and recognized leader of the IT community, brings more than 25 years of leadership experience related to IT practices, content and document management.
Additional speakers include executives from Frontier Airlines, Garanti Bank, Handshake Software and BCS Systems. The agenda for Kodak Global Directions features various topics including document management, collaboration, governance and business process automation. Registration is still open.
Kodak will also demonstrate its latest software systems for document capture environments including KODAK Info Activate Solution, KODAK Capture Pro Software v4.0 and KODAK Asset Management Software. As Kodak reported, these applications can help organizations strengthen the performance of their capture platforms and improve their ability to sort, index, and migrate information from unstructured data into business workflow processes and related document management solutions such as Microsoft SharePoint.
