The FINANCIAL — According to Georgian news agency "Pirveli", two-person delegation of Bureau for International Language visited the Ministry of Defence of Georgia. The purpose of the visit is to evaluate foreign language study process in the Educational Institutions and Armed Forces of Georgia.
The first meeting of visitors took place with Head of Education Department of the Joint Staff, General Samson Kutateladze on January 14.
In the framework of visit Mr. Keith Wert and Mr. Jeremy Nowers are going to attend Vashlijvari, Vaziani, Senaki, Gori military bases, Sachkhere Mountain Training Centre and English Language British Centre located in Poti Navy Forces.
During one-week visit's frame experts will meet with Rector of the National Defence Academy, LTC Tariel Londaridze, Commander of SFB, Capt. Dmitry Kiknadze, Head of Military Education and Combat Training Department of the Joint Staff, Col. Nodar Kvilitaia, Commander of Tank Division, LTC Shalva Gogiashvili, Rector of MTC,Capt. Malkhaz Merlani, Commander of II Brigade, Maj. Lasha Beridze and Acting Commander of Navy Forces, Col. Koba Ghurtskaia.
After completion of visit, advisers will prepare the report on conducting a curriculum of foreign language in Armed Forces. The prepared report will be reflected in the IPAP and PARP review. BILC spends similar visits in Georgia every year.
