The FINANCIAL — GE Capital, Healthcare Financial Services announced today that it was sole lender and administrative agent on a $4 million multi-draw senior secured term loan facility for Femasys, Inc. The financing will be used for working capital to support new product development and commercialization efforts.
Founded in 2004 in Suwanee, GA, Femasys is a privately held medical device company focusing on women's healthcare with innovative devices designed exclusively for use in the physician's office. According to the General Electric Company, femasys’ products enhance and improve treatment options for women with a focus on patient comfort and convenience.
