The FINANCIAL — On 26 August 2015 Georgian First Deputy Minister Davit Dondua met Director of the Eastern Europe and Central Asia Department of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Michael Tatham.
The sides highly appraised the annual bilateral political format of the Wardrop Dialogue, the second plenary session of which is due to take place until the end of the year.
Discussions during the meeting focused on the issues relating to bilateral relations; special attention was paid to regional security, recent developments in the occupied territories, and the outcomes of the latest round of the Geneva International Discussions.
At the end of the meeting, Michael Tatham reaffirmed his government’s support for Georgia’s sovereignty and territorial integrity as well as for its European and Euro-Atlantic aspirations, according to MFA Georgia.
