The FINANCIAL — Issues related to the development of the trade-economic cooperation, regional transport projects and bilateral relations in various spheres were discussed in Turkmenistan, where the Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development, Giorgi Gakharia accompanied the Prime Minister of Georgia in his official visit.
According to Gakharia, various perspective directions of economic cooperation between the two countries were discussed with the Turkmen side.
“We once again discuss the important and promising issues of economic relations between the two countries such as trade, transport and logistics. We also talked about different issues of outmost importance including the entry of the Georgian producers into the Turkmen market. Within the framework of this visit, we will sign an intergovernmental agreement regarding the land transportation which is dictated by the increasing demand on freight transportation between the two countries,” – Giorgi Gakharia stated.
