Giorgi Sharvashidze has met the Japanese Ambassador to Georgia

The FINANCIAL — Georgian Deputy Foreign Minister Giorgi Sharvashidze met with the Japanese Ambassador to Georgia Tadaharu Uehara.

Discussions focused on the issues on the agenda of Georgia-Japan relations both in bilateral and multilateral formats. Special note was taken of the fruitful partnership between the two countries within the framework of international organizations. Special attention was paid to the importance of organizing high-level visits between Georgia and Japan, according to MFA of Georgia.

The Japanese Ambassador briefed the Deputy Foreign Ministrer on the cultural events due to be organized through the support of local partners.
