The FINANCIAL — As part of the Show Me the Money exhibition at Manchester’s People’s History Museum, Manchester Business School is exhibiting the Swedish contemporary artist duo Goldin+Senneby’s work Headless.
The exhibition, part of MBS’ 50th anniversary celebrations, was opened by Peter Knight, co-curator of the Show Me the Money exhibition, and Ismail Erturk, senior lecturer in banking at MBS led a panel discussion on the aesthetics of money and finance and the Goldin+Senneby’s ghost-written novel Headless, according to Manchester Business School.
Goldin+Senneby’s work Headless is heavily influenced by the French philosopher and writer George Bataille’s work on sovereignty, sexuality and economy.
