The FINANCIAL — Heinz-Jürgen Löw (53) is set to become the new Board Member for Sales and Marketing at Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles in Hanover with effect from 1 January 2018.
He comes from MAN Truck & Bus AG in Munich, where he currently holds executive responsibility for Sales & Marketing, according to Volkswagen.

He will play an essential role in driving forward the already initiated strategic orientation of our brand as a commercial vehicle manufacturer.”

At Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, Löw follows Bram Schot, who was appointed as the Board Member for Sales and Marketing at AUDI AG on 1 September 2017. At MAN Truck & Bus, Joachim Drees will initially assume responsibility for Sales & Marketing on a provisional basis until a successor for Löw has been appointed.
Löw had been the Board Member responsible for Sales & Marketing at MAN Truck & Bus AG since March 2013. Prior to this, he had spent fourteen years in various management positions at Renault Trucks SAS, most recently as President of the company in Lyon.
