The FINANCIAL — Hong Kong Airlines made its inaugural daily flight service to Seoul, Korea on 16 December.
To commemorate the official launch of this new route, Hong Kong Airlines held celebration events at both Hong Kong International Airport and Incheon International Airport.
All passengers scheduled to depart the inaugural flight from Hong Kong were presented with a commemorative certificate to mark the occasion and show gratitude for their support of the new route, according to Hong Kong Airlines.
Mr. Li Dianchun, Chief Commercial Officer of Hong Kong Airlines said, “We are excited about the successful launch of this new route in Seoul. Hong Kong people have been very fond of Korean culture, gourmet and sceneries. This new route launch further strengthens Hong Kong Airlines’ network in the Asia Pacific, bringing more options at great prices for passengers. We are hoping more travellers will discover different faces of Seoul, hence encouraging more cultural, tourist and business co-operation between the two cities.”
