The FINANCIAL — International Monetary Fund Mission arrived in Ukraine for meeting authorities, Ukrainian News has learned from a spokesman for the IMF Kyiv office.
"The mission has arrived, already working," he said.
In course of the mission's visit to Ukraine they plan continue discussing the fiscal policy that must be implemented to achieve the fiscal indicators planned for 2010 and stable ensuring the tendency toward cutting down the debt, and also structural reforms concerning the financial and energy sectors, required for Ukraine's stability and economic growth.
As Ukrainian News reported, for the previous time the IMF mission visited Ukraine from March 24 to April 2.
Ukraine is negotiating with the Fund a loan between USD 19 billion and USD 20 billion as part of a new cooperation programme for the next two and a half years.
