The FINANCIAL — On October 17, Microsoft announced the Surface Book 2 now available in two sizes: 15-inch and 13.5-inch devices. Powered by all-new 8th Generation Intel Core i5 and i7 processors, Surface Book 2 is now quad-core-powered to deliver the newest, most intricate beautiful experiences.
With the Surface Book 2’s first 15-inch device in the Surface family, it maximizes the creation space on the PixelSense Display for designers and creatives. With a battery life of up to 17 hours1, Surface Book 2 allows you to create anywhere and everywhere without compromising power, according to Intel.
Intel and Microsoft collaborated closely to bring these devices to market for powerhouse performance, anywhere you want it. The Surface Book 2 can be pre-ordered Nov. 9 and will be available Nov. 16.
Microsoft also unveiled the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update, which is full of features that appeal to the creator in all of us. It includes the Microsoft Photos app for creative storytelling and Mixed Reality Viewer for seeing 3D creations in the real world, along with the much-anticipated consumer launch of Windows Mixed Reality.
