The FINANCIAL — On December 5, Deputy Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia, Irma Kavtaradze held a meeting with the parliamentary delegation of Indonesia, which is paying a visit to Georgia. The Head of the Antiparliamentary Cooperation Committee of Indonesia, Nurhayati Alli Assegaf is in charge of the delegation.
Implementation of the UN Sustainable Development Goals and sharing the experience regarding the environment protection and economic development within the framework of the Goals were the main topics of the conversation.
Irma Kavtaradze and Nurhayati Alli Assegaf discussed the wide range of prospects in terms of economic development of Georgia and Indonesia, according to Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia.
At the same time, the Head of the Indonesian delegation expressed the suggestion and the desire to establishing free trade regimes between Georgia and Indonesia which is preconditioned by the attractive liberal trade regimes that Georgia can offer its partners.
