Jessica and Jaden Garza would develop Nomad Internet in response to individuals living in rural areas, places where they could not find reliable high-speed internet or rural internet solutions.
Originally targeting remote workers, farmers, and digital nomads, the benefits of a truly remote rural internet solution were too much to ignore.

Founding Nomad Internet
Even as Nomad Internet celebrates eclipsing more than 20,000 new customers, the company itself is still enjoying its relative infancy.
Originally founded in 2017 by Jaden and Jessica Garza, Nomad Internet was brought forth in response to a lack of reliable internet at RV stops throughout the country. With LTE technology in its relative infancy at the time, this was not as simple a goal as it may appear.
Traveling enthusiasts and digital nomads themselves, Jaden and Jessica decided that they would try to bring a solution amenable to both full-timers and newcomers to RV parks. Jessica says of inconsistent internet at RV parks, “We set out to change that; one RV park at a time.”
Growing and Building a Better Business
In 2017, Jaden and Jessica would land their first RV Park installation in Johnson City, TX. Within a couple of weeks, Nomad Internet would secure a second installation in nearby Seguin, TX. This second installation would feature a community of more than 50 RVers. With so many regulars on the wireless internet, the RV park needed a boost in power that Nomad Internet was willing to provide.
Nomad Internet would supply the park in Seguin, TX, with LTE technology that provides an additional 40MBPS of bandwidth to the entire community. At the time, LTE technology was relatively new and untested, yet the park was receptive and the results were able to speak for themselves.
Part of what made Nomad Internet so successful in its early days was its focus on business-to-business operations. Nomad Internet was able to target specific areas of business through careful and deliberate market research. Coupled with a no-contract approach, it was easy to see why Nomad Internet quickly began to grow by leaps and bounds.
By 2018, Nomad Internet and Jaden Garza himself had made a name in the remote technology sphere. Garza and his team had begun working with the Girl Scouts of America at San Jacinto, hoping to find and develop a solution for their newest park. Nomad Internet was able to develop solutions in lockstep with BaiCells Technology to develop one of the first BaiCells LTE Base Station kits.
By 2020, Nomad Internet would secure its 20,000th customer. By 2022, after overcoming serious hurdles during the pandemic, Nomad Internet would also acquire its first standalone office building – this one in New Braunfels, TX.

Nomad Internet would transition from business-to-business operations, largely focused on RV Park installations, to a more direct-to-consumer approach. Jaden would develop solutions with LTE technology at the center of his efforts, helping to create and offer router solutions that could operate on cellular services for individuals in rural communities.
All of a sudden, rural internet solutions were available for individuals living out in the sticks or on the road as digital nomads. Thanks to the efforts of Jaden and Jessica Garza, as well as the team of developers at Nomad Internet, services up to unlimited internet were suddenly available to individuals who were, prior to, geographically restricted.
