The FINANCIAL — On 5-7 July, 2010, the 24th Conference of the Confederation of Asia-Pacific Chambers of Commerce and Industry (CACCI) – Sri Lanka Economic Summit 2010 was held in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The CACCI Conference was jointly hosted by the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce (CCC) and the Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Sri Lanka (FCCISL).
Representatives of the Chambers of Commerce and Industries – members of the CACCI, as well as businessmen from different countries of the Asia-Pacific region took part in the event.
The Georgian Chamber of Commerce and Industry was represented by Mr. Jemal Inaishvili, a Vice-President of CACCI since 2008.
Benedicto V. Yujuico has been elected as new president of CACCI for the term 2010-11. The president of the GCCI Jemal Inaishvili has been re-elected as Vice-President CACCI for the same period.
The President of the Georgian Chamber of Commerce and Industry – Jemal Inaishvili was elected Vice-President of the Confederation of Asia Pacific Chambers of Commerce and Industry (CACCI).
The Conference focused on the economic development of the region in the light of the global financial and economic crisis and business opportunities.

– youth entrepreneurship
On June 30, 2010, the President of the Georgian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Mr. Jemal Inaishvili, took part in the celebration dedicated to the Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry's 50-th anniversary.
