The FINANCIAL — JLL has worked with Sadolin & Albæk to advise Danish private equity firm Solstra Investments A/S on the sale of the AC Hotel Bella Sky Copenhagen, the largest hotel in Denmark, to Norwegian investor Wenaasgruppen.

The sale of the AC Hotel Bella Sky has been completed on a sale-and-leaseback basis. The seller will continue to operate the hotel in a franchise agreement with Marriott International, according to JLL.
The four-star design hotel is Denmark’s largest hotel and Europe’s largest Marriott branded hotel. Located in the rapidly developing area of Ørestad, the hotel is visited by some 215,000 guests annually and contains 812 guest rooms and 30 conference rooms.
