The FINANCIAL — Hotel operator Kew Green Hotels has added four Holiday Inn properties to its growing portfolio of hotels, which now numbers 30 across the UK.
As Caterer and Hotelkeeper said, the four hotels are located in Glasgow East Kilbride, Leeds Garforth, Norwich Airport and on the seafront at Brighton, with three of the hotels featuring fitness clubs.
Previously branded as Triangle Health and Fitness, the hotels’ leisure facilities have been recently been renamed Health Central.
Paul Johnson, chief executive of Kew Green Hotels, said: ‘We are delighted to have signed agreements for these four great hotels and look forward to working with the management teams and staff to ensure their guests have the best of the Holiday Inn experience. We have worked with the owners to provide a strategic solution to these hotels and look forward to realising their potential and maximising owner returns."
Kew Green Hotels, which is backed by Lloyds Banking Group, Barclays Ventures and Caird Capital, operates hotels under six brands: Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Crowne Plaza, Days Hotel, Ramada and Courtyard by Marriott. It also operates the independent four-star Richmond Hill hotel in south-west London
