The FINANCIAL — KPMG’s global network of firms has been named one of “2015 Best Firms to Work For” by Consulting magazine. KPMG ranked seventh, ahead of other Big Four competitors and performed strongly across all six facets of employee satisfaction that the Consulting magazine annual survey measures, including: client engagement, firm culture, firm leadership, career development, work/life balance, as well as compensation and benefits.
“Receiving this strong recognition based on the feedback of our people is an absolutely amazing compliment to the continued exceptional growth of KPMG’s advisory business,” said Carl Carande, Vice Chair of Advisory at KPMG LLP (US). “It speaks directly to our people’s professionalism, their passion for their work, and KPMG’s purpose-driven culture, highlighting why people want to build a career with our organization.”
The prestigious ranking is based on Consulting’s annual survey of more than 9,000 consultants from over 300 firms. The Consulting ranking builds on several other significant recognitions received by KPMG including the 2015 Fortune magazine “100 Best Companies to Work For,” list, Universum’s World’s Most Attractive Employers and Working Mother’s Best Companies for Multicultural Women.“
Culture is one of the most important measures of a successful organization,” said Mark A. Goodburn, Global Head of Advisory at KPMG International. “This award, coupled with accolades from the analyst community, showcases that as an organization we practice what we preach. Every one of the 46,000 Advisory partners and professionals working in KPMG firms around the world who have helped build our great organization should take great pride in this achievement.”
