The FINANCIAL — KPMG International has received top performer ratings for its shared services and outsourcing advisory capabilities on the International Association of Outsourcing Professional’s (IAOP) 2015 World’s Best Outsourcing Advisors list.
Using a rigorous methodology that scored applicants on size and growth, delivery excellence, and programs for innovation, the independent judging panel – which includes IAOP buyer members – granted KPMG the highest possible rating for delivery excellence and size/growth, and a distinguished rating for its cross-client innovation programs, according to KPMG.
The judges acknowledged KPMG’s delivery excellence per its examples of three long-term client engagements that collectively address the entire sourcing advisory lifecycle – strategy, design and implementation of business processes in HR, finance and accounting, IT transformation, and Managed Governance Services (MGS).
