The FINANCIAL — Kyiv city state administration has given the Viala company a permission to rebuild non-residential houses at 6a and 6b Ally Tarasovoi Street, Shevchenkivskyi district, into a hotel/office complex, the city administration's resolution states.
The city administration has obliged the company to register the property rights to the construction site, and obtain an appropriate licence at cultural heritage protection agencies.
The company shall inform the UN World Heritage Center for Education, Science and Culture (UNESCO) in Paris about the project.
The Viala company is registered as a limited liability company.
As Ukrainian News reported, the Hyatt Regency Hotel is located at 6 Ally Tarasovoi Street in Kyiv.
Tarasovoi Street goes from Mykhailivskyi Lane to Volodymyrskyi Passage, so that it is adjacent to the St. Sofia Cathedral included into the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List.
