The FINANCIAL — The Kyivtransparkservis municipal enterprise from April 2 cut the tariffs for unlocking wheels of cars parked in 1st and 2nd parking zones and drivers thereof left parking services unpaid by 20-43.3% or UAH 40-130 to UAH 160-170 per vehicle, reads a statement made by Kyivtransparkservis, a copy of which has become available for Ukrainian News.
Thus, according to the enterprise order approved by the main department for price policy of Kyiv municipal state administration, the tariff for unlocking wheels of car in the 1st parking zone lowered by 43.3% or by UAH 130 to UAH 170.
The 1st zone covers the territory between the European Square, the Streets of Triokhsviatytelska, Mykhailivska, Velyka Zhytomyrska, Volodymyrska, Leo Tolstoy, Velyka Vasylkivska, Saksahanskyi, Esplanadna, Baseina, Shovkovychna and Hrushevskyi.
The tariff for unlocking wheels of cars parked in 2nd zone decreased by 20% or UAH 40 to UAH 160 per vehicle.
This zone lies in between the Streets of Naberezhno-Khreschatytska, Yaroslvaska, Yaroslvaskyi Lane, Nyzhnyi Val, Hlybochytska, Artem, Melnykov, Olena Teliha, Dovzhenko, Industrialna, Chokolovskyi Boulevard, Chervonozorianyi Avenue, Moskovska Square, Druzhby Narodiv Boulevard, Naberezhne Road.
The tariff for unlocking wheels on cars in 3d zone, reaching from the bounds of 2nd zone to the Kyiv city line, remains the same, UAH 150 per vehicle.
As Ukrainian News earlier reported, Kyivtransparkservis in November 2008 raised the tariffs for unlocking wheels of cars, drivers thereof left parking services unpaid, by 1.5-3 times or UAH 50-200 to UAH 150-300 per vehicle.
