The FINANCIAL — The Kyiv city state administration has decided to construct two multistory parking sites in each district of the Ukrainian capital in 2009-2012, the city state administration said.
Thus, by May 20, the Main transport department together with the Main land resources department will have to define the list of land plots for the construction of the parking sites.
By June 1, the departments will have to develop the propositions on attraction of investors to projecting and construction.
Later, the investment tender commission of the city state administration will have to hold these tenders.
The city state administration has also voided its resolution of August 4, 2005, which envisioned the construction of two multistory parking sites in each district in 2005-2006.
As Ukrainian News earlier reported, in July 2008, the city state administration decided to attract the investors for the construction of three underground and two overland parking sites in the center of Kyiv.
In May 2008, the administration selected investors for the construction of four underground parking sites: under the Tereschenkivska Street, Lesi Ukrainky Square, Bohdana Khmelnytskoho Street (from Khreschatyk Street to Pushkinska Street) and under Sportyvna Square.
