The FINANCIAL — According to the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation of Kyrgyzstan, the country harvested wheat throughout 95% of the cultivated areas, and produced 679.5 thsd tonnes of the grain with the average yield of 2.61 t/ha (up 0.6 t/ha compared with 2014).
It is noted that mainly agrarians of the southern regions already completed grain harvesting works. Kyrgyzstan plans to produce nearly 700 thsd tonnes of wheat, and the current weather showed rather favorable conditions for agricultural works, informed the Ministry.
Some regions of Kyrgyzstan started autumn field work, and preparation for winter crops planting.
