The FINANCIAL — Lisi Development and the Dutch Development Bank “FMO” are signing a new loan agreement. The total loan amount is 12,000,000 US dollars. This amount aims to finance the further development of the project of “Lisi Green Town”.
This is the second loan transaction financed by “FMO”, the amount of the first loan was 15,000,000 USD, which company has almost fully covered.
The new loan will be directed towards rapid development of the project, introduction of new technologies and sustainable construction.
The company is preserving its’ main concept of 80/20, which means that 80% of the territory is divided for parks, greenery and additional infrastructure and only 20% is used for living units. Lisi Development will continue to offer refined and modern architecture to their future residents and city.
This new transaction between “Lisi Development” and “FMO” is another step forward in development of Georgian real estate market as well as Georgian economy.
