The FINANCIAL — On April 12, 2008 on the basis of Financial Police’s entrance at Livo Group, one of the leading retail networks in Georgia, the company’s shops were closed.
“We expect a final decision by the Financial Police next week and supposedly the company will either be liquidated or sold,” Khatuna Bibilashvili, Livo Group PR Manager, told The FINANCIAL.
The four shops of Livo Group are currently closed. The company is making no comment on the reasons for the entrance of the Financial Police.
The local market is saturated with several retail network brands like: Goodwill, IBIS, Livo Group, Populi.
Livo Group, a Georgian-Latvian company established in 2007, is a member of the Chamber of Commerce of Baltic Countries.
