The FINANCIAL — London Business School has topped a table which examines financial research contributions by Europe's leading institutions.
The research relates to the output of 22 finance journals, with the Author Affiliation Index (AAI) calculating the number of authors from top-ranked business schools which contributed financial research, according to the London Business School.
The table of 25 institutions places the School first, ahead of INSEAD, with London School of Economics ranked fifth and Oxford University ninth.
The School's professors Henri Servaes, Raman Uppal, Narayan Naik and Julian Franks also all appear in the top 10 European financial researchers from business schools, which is determined by the weight of published research.
