The FINANCIAL — Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Lytvyn is categorically against privatization of Odesa Pre-Port Plant.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, he said this in Vinnytsa during the press conference within the frameworks of his working visit to the Oblast today.
According to the words of V. Lytvyn, he is an opponent of the fact that some objects are put for sale in crisis conditions.
Speaking about OPP, V. Lytvyn said that it does not matter whether the government likes it or not, but today there is the decree of the President, which suspended the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers on privatization of the OPP.
“And if the action is suspended, only Constitutional Court can be an arbiter. And if it is so, it is not necessary to carry out the privatization. I am categorically against its selling (OPP – UNIAN)”, said the Speaker.
