Marriott International Announces Release Date for Fourth Quarter 2011 Earnings

The FINANCIAL — Marriott International will report fourth quarter and full year 2011 earnings results on Wednesday, February 15, 2012, at approximately 5:00 pm Eastern Time, according to Marriott.

The company will hold a conference call for the investment community to discuss its fourth quarter and full year 2011 earnings on Thursday, February 16, 2012 at 10 a.m. ET. News media can also access the conference call in a listen-only mode.

Marriott’s 2011 fourth quarter covers the 16-week time period from September 10, 2011 through December 30, 2011. Mr. Arne Sorenson and Mr. Carl Berquist will discuss the company's performance. Mr. Sorenson is currently president and chief operating officer and was named president and chief executive officer effective March 31, 2012. Mr. Berquist is Marriott International's executive vice president and chief financial officer.
