Mayo Clinic locations across the Midwest are prepared to vaccinate children 12 and older, and will move forward based on state health department vaccine distribution plans. The Minnesota and Wisconsin health departments anticipate the first doses of COVID-19 vaccines for children to be available this week.
Mayo Clinic Hospital ― Rochester continues to be a hub location in the Midwest to safely store and distribute vaccines by courier to local administration sites, including other health care organizations. Pharmacy Services will continue to package and ship the COVID-19 vaccines.
