The FINANCIAL — Elizabeth, N.J. — General Manager Jeff Plamondon welcomed 150 top clients as well as members of the Marriott family last Wednesday evening as he celebrated the grand reopening of the 397-room Renaissance Newark Airport Hotel following a multi-million dollar renovation.
The hotel enlisted the talents of chefs from Marriott properties throughout New Jersey and Philadelphia in order to provide guests with a culinary voyage around the world — with accompanying wines — from Portugal to Spain to Italy and New Jersey to feature the various ethnic backgrounds represented in the city of Newark.
