The FINANCIAL — Mercer and The Philippine Software Industry Association (PSIA) on September 28 announced that they have signed an agreement to have Mercer become PSIA’s consulting partner for talent initiatives in the technology industry in the Philippines. This partnership forms part of PSIA’s vision to drive innovation in the Philippine software products and services industry and increase its global market share.
As a strategic, consulting partner, Mercer will help PSIA develop greater insight into the people-related issues crucial to enhancing the Philippine Software Industry.
Under the aegis of this partnership, Mercer will undertake in-depth quarterly talent research and work with PSIA’s more than 146 member companies in developing actionable insights to improve human resources in the IT and Software Development industry, according to Mercer.
