Mercer appoints Terri Lucas as client growth leader

The FINANCIAL — Mercer, one of the global consulting leaders in advancing health, wealth and careers, and a wholly owned subsidiary of Marsh & McLennan Companies, is pleased to announce the appointment of Terri Lucas as its new UK Client Growth Leader.

Ms. Lucas will be responsible for contributing to Mercer’s overall strategy in the UK and increasing its offerings to both existing and new clients. Ms. Lucas will oversee client management and sales, reporting to Fiona Dunsire, Mercer’s UK CEO, according to Mercer.

Ms. Lucas joins from Hymans Robertson, where she has held various roles since 2006. Her last role saw her responsible for advising the partners on strategy and customer insights. Prior to this Ms. Lucas was responsible for transforming sales, marketing and client management approaches across the UK, as well as building a powerful brand.

Commenting on the new appointment, Fiona Dunsire said: “Terri brings valuable know-how to Mercer and will be an asset to the leadership team. Her knowledge of the market and how to align our services to client needs will be invaluable as our industry goes through rapid change.”
