The FINANCIAL — Georgian Foreign Minister Mikheil Janelidze held a meeting with Congressman Eliot Engel as part of his visit to Washington.
The Minister thanked the congressman for his support of Georgia reflected in his statements. The sides highlighted the importance of adopting congress resolutions that are supportive of Georgia. The sides spoke about the strategic partnership between Georgia and the U.S. and the recent intensification of relations in various areas, according to MFA of Georgia.
The Congressman pledged further support for Georgia’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, as well as for its development and security.
