The FINANCIAL — According to the Co-chair of the EU-Georgia Parliamentary Association Committee Co-chair Sajjad Karim, discussions during the meeting with the Georgian Vice Prime Minister, Foreign Minister Mikheil Janelidze focused on the strengthening of co-operation with the European Parliament.
Sajjad Karim positively appraised the Resolution on recommendations for the Eastern Partnership passed by the Foreign Affairs Committee of the European Parliament. He highlighted the efforts the parties need to make in order to achieve greater progress and results on the European integration path.
Sajjad Karim paid special attention to Mikheil Janelidze’s upcoming visit to London where Georgia-UK bilateral relations and Brexit-related issues will be discussed, according to MFA of Georgia.
