The FINANCIAL — This is how new model of service offered by the Bank of Georgia – one of the largest bank of Georgia is called. New concept service center focused at needs of customers was presented last week by Bank of Georgia.
According to the new model customers are given an opportunity to receive all types of banking services at one place and from one manager. By changing its service model, Bank of Georgia has modified environment at the branches. New concept service center is now open for visitors at 7 Chavchavedze ave.
New service centers make relationship between customers and the bank more open, cozy and confidential. Bright, light colors and comfortable furniture will turn your visit at the bank into pleasant experience. Service center are divided into different areas, including private and co-working zones where clients and bank employees can work together.
There is a separate space for small and medium enterprises financed by the bank. Clients have an opportunity to browse products offered by SMEs.
Up to 20 new concept service centers are expected to be opened by the end of 2017. According to bank representatives, all branches of Bank of Georgia will be redesigned by 2018.
“Bank of Georgia was always exceptional in terms of implementation of new standards. More that a ten years it cares about development of banking services suited to customers needs. Today, our bank is launching new model that is based on more relationship with customers. To implement this change we have invested a lot. It breaks stereotypes and shows that customer receives more benefits by having more relationship with the bank”, Kakha Kiknavelidze, Bank of Georgia’s General Director commented.
