The FINANCIAL — MPS, the world’s leading mutual protection organisation for doctors, dentists and professionals, has selected Accenture to help the organisation improve the experience it provides members. Accenture will work with Avanade and Sapiens on this initiative.
“To continue to provide world-class service to members, we are revamping our membership system and enhancing how we develop and deliver our products,” said Dan Bown, executive director of Operations at MPS. “We chose Accenture to lead on this programme to ensure we continue to provide excellent service to our growing membership.”
As part of the project:
Accenture will lead the programme, provide consulting and systems integration services and help MPS reflect its members’ needs.
Avanade will deliver a new customer relationship management platform and Sapiens will provide a new membership system.
“The digital revolution has changed the way customers prefer to interact with service providers, driving companies to become more digital and agile,” said Max Richter, a managing director in Accenture’s Financial Services operating group. “The industry today has access to better tools and more innovative technologies than ever before, and companies need to use these tools to create products and services that are more tailored to their customers’ needs. We are excited to help MPS improve its service to members.”
