The FINANCIAL — CJSC JSCB National Clearing Centre (NCC) has acquired the DNV Business Assurance Management System Certificate ISO 9001:2008.
The certificate was issued by the International Certification Company "Det Norske Veritas" based on the results of the conducted audit of NCC. The certificate is valid for the clearing services including for the CCP function.
“The acquisition of the Business Assurance Management System Certificate indicates NCC"s striving to improve quality of its services for clients”, said Aleksey Khavin, Chairman of the Executive Board of NCC. He added that obtaining of such certificate by the company confirms maturity of the NCC"s management system and readiness of its managers for the continuous improvement thereof.
The audit conducted by "Det Norske Veritas" included interviews with the NCC"s employees and analysis of the company"s internal documentation and regulations.
ISO 9001:2008 is the internationally recognized standard joining together the world"s best practices in the area of production and quality management. As Moscow Exchange said, the feature of the "Det Norske Veritas" standards is that their requirements are not directly for quality of products and services, but to the management system of business processes that are required to ensure predictable and consistent quality of products and services.
