The FINANCIAL — Nestlé Skin Health S.A., a global leader focused on science-based solutions for skin health, announced on March 24 that it has entered into a definitive agreement with Guthy-Renker LLC, one of the leading direct marketing companies, under which it will acquire a majority stake in a joint venture focused on the global consumer acne market.
The new venture will unite Nestlé Skin Health’s science-based innovation and expertise in skin health with Guthy-Renker’s consumer insights and digital expertise under the Proactiv brand, the world’s leading non-prescription acne brand, according to Nestlé.
This transaction is subject to competition authority clearances and other customary closing conditions.
