New Appointments in Leumi Group

The FINANCIAL — Mr. David Bar-Lev replaces Mr. Avi Zeldman as Chairman of Leumi Mortgage Bank.

Mr. Danny Cohen appointed Member of Management and Head of Human Resources at Leumi.

Head of Commercial Banking Division, Mr. Gideon (Gidi) Altman appointed Member of Management.

Leumi’s Board of Directors recommends to Board of Directors of Bank Leumi (UK) to appoint Mr. Zvi Itskovitch as Chairman of the Bank.

Leumi’s Board of Directors recommends appointment to Board of Directors of Leumi Card of Ms. Tamar Yassur as CEO of Leumi Card.

The appointments are subject to Bank of Israel approval (apart from Bar-Lev who was approved already)
