The FINANCIAL — In the U.S., Nissan Group announced total U.S. sales for June 2017 of 143,328 units, an increase of 2% over the prior year and a June record.
INFINITI reported its best June sales ever with deliveries of 12,271 vehicles, an increase of 11%. For the year, INFINITI sales are up 22% to 79,143.
In Canada, Nissan Group announced total Canadian sales of 16,002 units for June 2017, an increase of 13.2% and an all-time any month sales record. INFINITI reported June sales of 1,202 vehicles, an increase of 25.1% versus the previous year, making this its best June ever, according to Nissan.
In China, Nissan reported strong June sales driven by its passenger vehicle and light commercial vehicle businesses. Nissan and DFL-PV (including Dongfeng Nissan and Dongfeng Venucia) posted another month of strong growth, with sales rising 8.9% from a year earlier to 118，769 vehicles and 7.1% from a year earlier to 97,504 vehicles, respectively.
