The FINANCIAL — Nokia on January 31 announced the successful completion of its acquisition of Deepfield, the US-based leader in real-time analytics for IP network performance management and security.
The acquisition was originally announced December 15, 2016, according to Nokia.
The acquisition will extend Nokia’s leadership in real-time, analytics-driven network and service automation. Coupling the dynamic control capabilities of Nokia’s open SDN platforms with Deepfield’s big data analytics expertise in interpreting network performance will drive greater network efficiency, quality and security for Nokia customers.
