The FINANCIAL — According to APA-Economics, on December 7, New York’s main oil futures contract, light sweet crude for January delivery, lost $1.95 to $88.28 a barrel.
Meanwhile, January Brent North Sea crude went $1.54 down to $88.64 on the ICE Futures Exchange in London.
On December 10, light sweet declined 31 cents to $87.97 and Brent fell 10 cents to $88.54 in the morning session. The US oil stockpiles fell to the lowest level since 2005.
