The FINANCIAL — As part of the ongoing strategic partnership between Tjat and Opera Software, Opera is demonstrating the Tjat Mobile Messaging Widget at Mobile World Congress 2010 in Barcelona.
Opera included Tjat IM widgets as a default widget on all Opera Widgets distributions.
The award-winning Tjat Messaging platform combines popular Web messaging services (such as instant messaging, e-mail and social networks) into one convenient Widget.
"Tjat Messaging widgets for Opera are also among recommended widgets for other Opera platforms such as Opera 9.5, 9.7, Windows Mobile and Symbian OS, as well as Opera Desktop 10.2 and up. Tjat widgets bring Opera users easy, familiar and feature-rich IM access such as MSN, Yahoo!, ICQ, Chikka, AIM and Skype Talk," Opera informs.
“Tjat is proud to become a part of the Opera's offerings, with our shared vision and cutting-edge innovation, while delivering the unparallel excellence that Opera Software is synonymous with," said Gideon Drori, Tjat CEO.
“The Opera Widgets strategy is to improve convenience and usefulness on the mobile platform. By partnering with companies such as Tjat, we are able to provide Opera users with familiar and popular social-networking tools, all within a single application,” said Jon von Tetzchner, Co-founder, Opera Software. “Tjat and Opera share a vision to bring advanced services that are easy to use and engaging for mobile phone users.”
Tjat Widget will be demonstrated in both the Opera and Tjat booths at Mobile World Congress 2010. Visit Opera’s exhibit at Hall 1, C44, or Tjat's booth at Hall 4, Level 1, IMA Pavillion to see Web technology in action, on a wide range of devices.
