The FINANCIAL — According to Georgian news agency "Pirveli", leaders of the United National Council, which is the most radical opposition to Saakashvili's government, met with the head of the German delegation, state minister Gernot Erler in the hotel Tbilisi Marriot on January 21.
The meeting was closed for media, however, the opposition leaders told journalists afterwards that they spoke about election falsification, which must be eradicated for the next elections in spring and reported their future plans to the foreign diplomat.
Levan Gachechiladze said unless the government fulfills their demands on independent court, free media and liberal election legislature, the opposition would boycott every election.
