The FINANCIAL — Hampshire-based school caterer Pabulum has picked up a new contract at Churchifields Academy, Swindon, worth in excess of £474,000.
As Caterer and Hotelkeeper reported, the three-year deal will see Pabulum deliver meals based on fresh, seasonal and sustainably produced local ingredients to the school's 1,000 students.
Sales director Paul Donlan believes that it is his company's commitment to innovation and freshly prepared school meals that are the driving force behind Pabulum's success.
Churchfields Academy head teacher Steve Flavin agreed. "Pabulum's passion is contagious and their team's nutritional knowledge and skills when it comes to designing menus that will appeal to our students and their diverse eating habits are impressive," he said.
"Combine that with their hands-on business support and approachability and I am sure that together we will forge a long-lasting partnership that will be a huge asset to the academy and its students for many years to come."
