Panasonic To Acquire Hussmann Parent

The FINANCIAL — Panasonic Corp. announced an agreement to acquire all the shares of Hussmann Parent, such that Hussmann Parent will become a subsidiary of Panasonic. Hussmann Parent is a parent company of Hussmann Corp., an industrial refrigerated freezer display case manufacturer, according to Nasdaq.

The closing of the deal is subject to antitrust clearance in the U.S. and other required countries, as well as other closing conditions.
