The FINANCIAL — PASHA Bank in Georgia, a full-service corporate bank, has announced that Shahin Mammadov has been appointed the new Chairman of the Board of Directors of PASHA Bank Georgia.
Mr. Mammadov was previously working as Member of the Executive Board of PASHA Bank and CFO.
Mr. Mammadov was preceded by Anar Ismayilov, who will continue to work at PASHA Bank in a new position.
Mr. Mammadov holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Azerbaijan State Economic University, faculty of Accounting and Auditing. He has a Ph.D. in Economics and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, (ACCA).
From 2003 to 2009 Mammadov held various positions in the banking sector and big four advisory firms. He started his career at PASHA Bank in 2009 at the position of Director of the Department of Financial Management. In 2011 he was appointed as board member and CFO of PASHA Bank.
